Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Star Micronics BSAMCOP BA04B3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Static-Control-Products product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MS480020080010X10R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 701911074 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 200016A006 by Manufacturer Static-Control-Products as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Stearns Brand 649230609 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sti such as MC47SR301500X equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 750WBA made by Star-Seiki as well as the popular PM745TC25350 original spares produced by Statham

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCJ4730450R3 by Sti and MC47SR301500X spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
